As a member of 100+ Women Who Care NOTL, I understand and agree that:
- I live in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
- I commit to donating $100 per quarterly meeting, for a total of $400 per year. My donation will support a registered local charity selected by a majority vote at each meeting.
- I will honour my donation commitment even if I cannot attend a meeting or if the charity I voted for is not selected. If absent, I will ensure my donation is delivered (via cheque or cash) by another member or through instructions provided by the Organizing Committee. (E-transfer is not currently available.)
- Donations will be collected at the door, and a charitable tax receipt will be issued to me, by the selected organization.
- I understand payment will be made directly to the charity so there is no overhead or concerns about the donation getting to its intended target.
- We ask for a minimum of one year commitment. At the end of that year, we continue to list you as a member until you inform us otherwise. If at any time you wish to withdraw from 100+ Women Who Care NOTL, just email us and we will remove you from our contact list.
Voting & Nominating
- All members in good standing may vote at each meeting. You must be present to vote
- Members who have donated at least once may nominate one charity per quarter.
Privacy and Communications Consent
I consent to my personal information being stored by 100+ Women Who Care NOTL. It will not be sold or shared, except as required by law, or to the selected charity for tax receipt and thank-you purposes. I consent to being contacted by the Coordinating Committee for meeting reminders and chapter updates via email or phone. I grant permission for photos and videos that may include me at events to be used in chapter communications, website, print, and social media for educational and promotional purposes. I understand these may be shared publicly with or without my express image consent.
Release and Waiver
I understand that 100+ Women Who Care NOTL is an unincorporated volunteer-led group. I release its organizers and volunteers from any liability relating to my participation in meetings or events, including venues where alcohol may be served.
